Game: Cincinnati Bengals (1-11) at Cleveland Browns (5-7)

Summary: This one should be easy. On paper, the Browns have the superior roster. They’re going to trot out Odell Beckham, Jr., Jarvis Landry, Nick Chubb, and Kareem Hunt. And that’s just their offensive weapons.

On defense, they’re still able to boast of some Pro Bowl talent even without Myles Garrett. Joe Schobert, Denzel Ward, and Sheldon Richardson are all stars in this league.

Unfortunately, the game isn’t played on paper. And so far in 2019, Cleveland hasn’t put all the pieces together as they enter Week 14 with a losing record. As for the Bengals, their season has been even worse.

Cincinnati comes in at 1-11, finally getting a win last week. That came after they put Andy Dalton back in the lineup following a benching earlier in the season. Rookie Ryan Finley proved unable to take the starting job permanently so the Red Rocket is back under center.

Even with him suiting up, the Bengals offense doesn’t strike fear into anyone’s hearts. Still, they’ll have their moments because the Browns defense has struggled and it will end up being much closer than it should be.
