Game: Cleveland Browns (6-7) at Arizona Cardinals (3-9-1)

Summary: This one should be interesting. Baker Mayfield and Kyler Murray will face off on the field for the first time after they won back-to-back Heisman’s at Oklahoma. They were also each taken No. 1 overall in the NFL draft as Baker went to Cleveland in 2018 and Murray followed in 2019 with the Cardinals.

Another layer comes with the fact that Kliff Kingsbury is Murray’s coach in Arizona. Kingsbury was the coach for Texas Tech back when Mayfield started his collegiate career and things weren’t great between the two when Mayfield left. He had some harsh words for his former coach.

Sure, they’ve tried to act as though there are no hard feelings now but nothing pumps Baker up quite like proving an old coach wrong. He torched Hue Jackson twice once he had the made-up title for the Bengals last season and now he will do the same to Kingsbury.

As for the Cards, they’ll get their yardage but there aren’t enough weapons around Murray to compete for 60 minutes — especially in the ground game.

Don’t expect to see Mayfield misfiring in this one as he makes it look easy en route to a decisive victory that moves the Browns to 7-7.
