Game: (12-2) Baltimore Ravens at (6-8) Cleveland Browns

Summary: When the NFL released the 2019 schedule, many fans circled this date on their calendar. The way that 2018 ended, it appeared these two teams were on a collision course.

The way the season has played out this game doesn’t have as much significance as was previously thought. But, they are going to play it anyway.

More from Browns News

The Ravens come into Cleveland this Sunday on a 10-game winning streak. They have been dominating teams, winning their last six by an average of 23-points. The Ravens are lead by their soon to be named MVP quarterback, Lamar Jackson. The Browns have their work cut out for them.

On offense, it is imperative that the Browns get out to an early lead. Baltimore is built to play with a lead, and once they get one…it’s curtains. Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt have to lead the charge. After all, the best way to deal with a bully is to punch them in the mouth first. If the Browns can get the running game going they will stand a puncher’s chance.

The defensive must get off the field on third downs. Baltimore’s offense is designed to wear you down and the only way to survive against them is to make Jackson beat you with his arm, which he is more than capable of doing. But if you let the Ravens dictate terms with short down and distances, then it’s a matter of when they score rather than if they score.
The Browns are going to give up points to the Ravens, there’s no way around that. The Ravens haven’t scored less than 20-points in any game all season. The only hope the Browns have is to keep pace and put themselves in a favorable position in the end.

Prediction: Ravens 30 Browns 33 (OT)
