Stud: Jarvis Landry

The Cleveland Browns did not have many playmakers on the offensive side of the ball show up, including Nick Chubb, who had been the one constant all season. Instead, it was Jarvis Landry making the most of his opportunities once again.

Landry led the Browns in receptions and receiving yards, catching seven of his eight targets for 74 yards. The next closest receiver had only four receptions and 44 yards for the Browns.

The Browns could not generate much offense through the air, despite throwing the football 33 times. Even with Landry leading the team in receiving, Baker Mayfield struggled to find him in the second half.

The Ravens were keen on taking the run game away from the Browns, and once they did, they put the passing game at a disadvantage. Landry was the lone receiver who was able to generate a big play, with his longest reception of the game going for 33 yards.

Landry has been Mayfield’s most reliable receiver the entire season, and that was the case on Sunday. When the ball is thrown Landry’s way, it typically results in a catch. But even with his contributions on Sunday, Landry was unable to flip the result in Cleveland’s favor.
