5. This Will be Freddie Kitchens Last Game Coaching the Browns

It’s no secret that the Browns have not met expectations this season and it also is no secret that fans want Freddie Kitchens to be fired. Judging by the effort of some of the players they might want him gone too.

Kitchens has shown his inexperience when managing the clock and keeping his team in the game. These last few weeks he has also struggled to motivate this team to compete against teams who aren’t as talented as them.

He also hasn’t done himself any favors with his comments to the media either. He just doesn’t seem to get what it means to be the face of a million-dollar company and its not easy.

Kitchens was never a full-time coordinator before he was named head coach of the Browns so he is trying to learn a lot on the fly and he may have bitten off more than he can chew.

Cleveland has a roster that needs a veteran coach, they don’t have time to build for the future because they have a roster that can win now.

Now it comes down to what the Haslam family wants to do, what I just described and let Kitchens learn and build a culture or bring in an experienced coach who can lead them to victories now.

It is not as much of a done deal as fans might hope, ownership has come out in support of Kitchens several times but you never know how they will feel after the season.
