1. Damarious Randall, FS

No player saw their stock drop farther in 2019 for the Cleveland Browns than free safety Damarious Randall. A former Green Bay Packers first-round pick out of Arizona State, Randall was added in 2018 in a trade that sent DeShone Kizer to the Packer.

Randall played well at cornerback for Green Bay but really thrived in 2018 when the Browns moved him to safety — which was his position in college. He ended up with a career-high 85 tackles and tied his personal best for interceptions on the season with four.

He even had one of the best plays of the season when he intercepted a pass against the Cincinnati Bengals and ran to former head coach Hue Jackson — who had taken a job with Cincy — and gave the ball to him.

But this season, Randall has been a different player. In search of a new contract, the free safety seemed distracted and uninterested at times. He missed tackles frequently and wasn’t on the field for five games while finishing without an interception for the first time in his career.

At this point, it seems as though Randall and the Browns are set for a separation. And that’s probably for the best. Which is sad to say after seeing so much promise in 2018 from him.
