2020 NFL Scouting Combine: 5 Small School prospects Cleveland Browns should get to know
By Clay Goodwin
2. Kyle Murphy, Interior Offensive Line, Rhode Island
Kyle Murphy is an interior offensive lineman for Rhode Island. He is listed at 6-4 and 302 pounds and while playing some guard and both tackle spots at Rhode Island, he is probably not tall or long enough to play tackle in the NFL, meaning a move inside will be necessary.

With the offensive line being the biggest issue for the Cleveland Browns, and a glaring need at right guard, Murphy should definitely be a player the Browns give some thought to.
Murphy is excellent on film. He’s incredibly aggressive at the point of attack and loves to finish his blocks. His burst and strength are very evident when he drives defenders off their feet.
He is also very quick and athletic for a lineman and shows great versatility. He makes good reads on stunts and can pick up the guy entering his gap. Murphy is a smart player who can adjust to the speed and talent at the next level.
This kid can really play. The Browns should address their needs and rankings on prospects, but if they are looking to draft a guard in the later rounds, Murphy should be on their radar.
He truly has the potential to be a solid player in this league for years to come.
