7. player. 87. . Cornerback. Carolina Panthers. Jeff Okudah

The Carolina Panthers will be under a new regime in 2020, and that includes moving on from long time star quarterback Cam Newton. The show must go on with new quarterback Teddy Bridgewater who shined in New Orleans with injuries to Drew Brees.

The Panthers will be shocked to see lock-down cornerback Jeff Okuda from Ohio State still on the board when they are up at pick No. 7. Originally the Panthers were expected to upgrade at defensive line, but they will not be able to pass up on Okudah slipping to them.

Okudah won’t slide because of a decrease in stock, but more of the increase from Tristan Wirfs and Isaiah Simmons at the combine. That and three teams needing a quarterback in the top six picks will allow the Panthers to get a steal at No. 7.

. Offensive Tackle. Arizona Cardinals. Mekhi Becton. 8. player. 32

After the addition of DeAndre Hopkins and keeping Larry Fitzgerald from retirement for one more year, second-year quarterback Kyler Murray could shine in the Kliff Kingsbury air raid system in 2020. What better way could the Arizona Cardinals enhance their offense than by adding a massive left tackle?

No one enhanced their draft stock at the combine as much as Mekhi Becton, the 6-foot 7-inch, 364-pound monster showed tremendous athleticism running a 5.1 forty-yard dash. Becton has the highest ceiling of the top four tackles but also is the highest bust risk playing against mediocre talent in the ACC.
