Denver Broncos

Another team that been rumored to move up is the Denver Broncos. Most general managers expect the New York Jets and Las Vegas Raiders to be in the wide receiver market. If John Elway has his sights on a specific wide receiver, he will likely have to move to pick No. 10 ahead of both teams.

Lamb from Oklahoma is predicted to be the first wide receiver off the board, but the Broncos could also be set on the speedster from Alabama, Jerry Jeudy. Once again, if the Cardinals would draft Lamb, this move becomes even more necessary for the Broncos as crème of the crop receivers could be gone by pick no. 15.

Cleveland will have to evaluate the board once on the clock again, to see if this trade makes sense. If the Cardinals go offensive tackle, I don’t see a trade working. One, the Browns won’t want to risk missing out on a top tackle. Two, the Broncos wouldn’t be as motivated to move up, and may not want to give up a second-round pick to move up five positions.

If one or none of the top four tackles are off the board when the Browns go on the clock, look for them to swap with the Broncos (or Atlanta) if either team’s second-round pick is a part of the deal. If the Browns are comfortable with all four of the top tackles, this could be a huge win for the organization to pick up more draft assets and get a day one rookie starter at left tackle for 2020.
