Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. player. 56. Round 2. Clemson. TeeHiggins. WR

The Cincinnati Bengals had a solid offseason, even if not all of their moves were great. They did overpay for some former Minnesota Vikings defensive backs but even with that being the case, the Bengals are better than they were — and that was true even before they had their chance to select talent in the 2020 NFL Draft.

They started out each round this year and every time they seemed to maximize their talent. In fact, they even landed players in the sixth-round (Hakeem Adenji, OL, Kansas) and seventh-round (Markus Bailey, Purdue linebacker) that have a legitimate shot of not only making the roster but also being solid contributors down the road.

As for the rookies Cleveland need to be concerned about in 2020, Clemson wide receiver Tee Higgins is one player they need to keep an eye on. Higgins has elite size at 6-foot-4 and 216-pounds and while he wasn’t the highest-rated receiver according to every expert at pick 33, Higgins is going to be a problem to match up with.

He’s also very similarly built to A.J. Green, the Bengals current No. 1 receiver and he could develop into their next top target in time. He’s going to be an issue to deal with, and the Browns have to be ready when they face their in-state rivals.
