8. Buffalo Bills

There’s a lot of Josh Allen hate out there but it’s hard to say he has had the best weapons to work with. Now that the Bills went out and added Stefon Diggs, that’s out the window. He’s entering year three and if Buffalo isn’t good considering how stacked their defense is, that’s all going to be on Allen. No more excuses.

7. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Tom Brady won’t be the same quarterback he was in his prime and the Bucs will be good in 2020. Each of those statements can be true. Tampa Bay was competitive with Jameis Winston throwing to the wrong team, imagine how much better they can be with a quarterback who knows where to go with the ball — and who not to throw it to.

6. Tennessee Titans

They were one game away from making the Super Bowl, something no one saw coming. The Tennessee Titans were clearly the league’s surprise team in 2019. They won’t sneak up on anyone this year but they should still be very good.

Ryan Tannehill was vastly overpaid but it’s hard to argue against the production he had. They also kept Derrick Henry via the franchise tag, which was the real key for them.

5. Dallas Cowboys

The Dallas Cowboys started out slow this offseason but then turned it on. They landed CeeDee Lamb, Gerald McCoy, Dontari Poe, and Ha Ha Clinton-Dix. The only question now is if they can get Dak Prescott to sign on the dotted line.

Of course, they still made sure they can compete without him by signing Andy Dalton. The Red Rifle isn’t as effective as Dak, but Browns fans know he can be a decent quarterback when he has the right weapons.
