Round 4, Pick 1: Tamorrion Terry, WR, Florida State

Cleveland’s receiving corps is talented but lacks depth. They hope that Rashard Higgins can earn another contract and rookie Donovan Peoples-Jones could be one of the bigger steals in the draft. Even with those players on the roster though, Odell Beckham, Jr. and Jarvis Landry are the only two who are guaranteed to have big roles in 2020 and 2021.

With that being said, the Browns add some depth with their first of two picks in the fourth round of this mock as they take Florida State’s Tamorrion Terry. A redshirt junior, Terry has fantastic height at 6-foot-4, which is something this offense needs more of on the outside.

Terry is more than just a possession receiver though as he’s proven he can get past the secondary and make big plays. According to Joe Marino of The Draft Network, he averaged an impressive 58 yards per reception on his touchdowns last season. That kind of big-play ability is worth picking up in this round.

Round 4, Pick 2: Chase Lucas, CB, ASU

Another player who nearly entered the draft in 2020 was Arizona State’s Chase Lucas. His decision to return helps his stock tremendously as he goes from a sixth-to-seventh-round prospect to a player taken in the fourth round.

Lucas can play all over the secondary and has good length at 6-foot-0 but could stand to add some mass as he’s listed at just 178-pounds. Cleveland could be thin at corner in 2021 if they don’t sign some extensions, which gives Lucas a shot at making an impact early on in his career.
