Week 4: Browns at Dallas Cowboys

The Cleveland Browns will start the month of October out with a trip to Arlington to play the Dallas Cowboys. It’s going to be a huge test for them since the Browns secondary has been so banged up and the Cowboys have three dangerous wide receivers.

They keep this one close but it’s hard to see the Browns being able to slow down the passing attack enough on the road as they drop a close one.

Score: Cowboys 27, Cleveland 23

Week 5: Indianapolis Colts at Browns

Cleveland returns home after their second loss of the season and they get things back on track. Philip Rivers is a good quarterback and will have his moments but the Indianapolis Colts don’t have enough firepower in the passing game when it comes to receivers. That hurts them as the Browns pull off a narrow victory.

Score: Cleveland 23, Indianapolis 21

Week 6: Browns at Pittsburgh Steelers

Head coach Kevin Stefanski is going to need to keep emotions in check here. The Browns will be fired up to get back after the Steelers following the debacle from a season ago but they need to remain focused on the task at hand. He does keep them on the right path but the Steelers walk away with a win on a late field goal.

Score: Pittsburgh 20, Cleveland 17

Week 7: Browns at Cincinnati Bengals

The second meeting with the Bengals is already here and the other Ohio team is better prepared this time. Joe Burrow is getting more comfortable, but he’s not there yet. The Browns ride Kareem Hunt and Nick Chubb to a late touchdown to put it out of reach as they sweep the Bengals.

Score: Cleveland 28, Cincinnati 20

October Record: 2-2
Overall Record: 4-3
