Stud: Odell Beckham, Jr.

The Browns first drive of the game was a beautiful one. After forcing a three-and-out on Dallas, they moved down the field with ease and took a 7-0 lead. But it happened in a non-traditional way as a trick-play led to six.

Baker Mayfield tossed the ball to Nick Chubb who then lateralled it to Jarvis Landry. From there, Landry aired it out as he threw a 37-yard touchdown pass to Odell Beckham, Jr. — who pulled in his second touchdown of the season.

Beckham wasn’t done there as he was able to score their second touchdown of the game as well, hauling in a four-yarder from Baker Mayfield. While this one wasn’t as exciting as the bomb from Landry, it was just as effective. It also was set up by Beckham getting them down to the 16 with an 18-yard catch despite blanket coverage from Trevon Diggs.

On top of that, the Browns were able to ice the game thanks to Beckham who took a reverse pitch 50-yards to the house with just over three minutes to go. It was his third score of the game, and he could have had four as he was running free for a touchdown on the drive before that but was missed by Baker Mayfield.

Beckham has been waiting for a game like this and he finally had one. And the Browns needed everything he had to close this game out.
