Week 14 vs. Baltimore Ravens

This is a game the Cleveland Browns would love to win. They have struggled with the Baltimore Ravens and their Week 1 loss at their hands had everyone up in arms. Unfortunately, this is just a team that Cleveland isn’t a good match for.

Baltimore is one of the best running teams in the NFL and while they weren’t dominant in this department in Week 1, they will be in this one. Cleveland’s run defense has been trending in the wrong direction and if they couldn’t stop Josh Jacobs and Devontae Booker from the Las Vegas Raiders, they are in for it against Mark Ingram, J.K. Dobbins, Gus Edwards, and Lamar Jackson.

If there is a positive, it’s that they stay competitive in this one. Oh, and there are two very winnable games on the schedule next.

Record: 8-5

Week 15 at New York Giants

Cleveland has an interesting road trip here as they will be at MetLife Stadium in Week 15 and Week 16 to take on both the New York Giants and New York Jets. First up will be the Giants, which was supposed to be a revenge game for Odell Beckham, Jr. With the star wideout lost for the season due to a torn ACL, that won’t be the case.

What we will see is Olivier Vernon getting after Daniel Jones as he proves to the Giants that he still had something in the tank. We will also see the rest of the defensive line get after Jones who has already been sacked 23 times this season.

Without Saquon Barkley, this offense lacks teeth. And their defense is better than they get credit for but they’re not exactly good. This one easily goes to the Browns who finally secure a winning record with their ninth win of the season.

Cleveland 38, New York 17
Record: 9-5
