1. Baker leads a game-winning drive

One prevailing belief heading into this game is that the Cleveland Browns are completely outmatched. It’s another oddity considering these teams aren’t that different. Each has a record of 8-3 and they’ve also each had their share of weeks to forget.

For Cleveland, those weeks include a Week 1 loss to the Baltimore Ravens as well as a Week 6 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers. Outside of that, their only other loss was a defeat at the hands of the Las Vegas Raiders. And while everyone wants to rip them for those three losses, all of those clubs have winning records right now.

As for the Titans, they lost to the Steelers as well but defeated the Ravens — although when they played Baltimore, that team looked much different than the one Cleveland saw in Week 1. As for their other two losses, Tennessee was handed an L by the Cincinnati Bengals and Indianapolis Colts — two teams the Browns beat.

All of that is said to point out that while their records are the same, Cleveland doesn’t have any ugly losses on their record whereas the Titans do. Not only that, but they have each scored a win over a common opponent that the other lost to.

In the end, that could mean this is a closer game than anticipated. With this final bold prediction, we expect that to be the case that will set the stage for Baker Mayfield to orchestrate a game-winning drive in the fourth quarter.

This should silence the doubters who say the Browns haven’t beaten anyone, but it won’t. Just like with their win over the Colts, it will only mean the doubters will forget about it and wait for the next chance to say they’re failing.
