3. Group effort on offense

In last week’s win, the Browns had 10 different receivers catch a pass and totaled over 100 yards rushing between Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt. While I don’t expect Baker Mayfield and Kendall Lamm to catch a pass vs. the Ravens, look for the group of skilled players to continue to spread the wealth.

While Jarvis Landry has been the clear go-to after the injury to Odell Beckham, the entire offense has picked up their game to make up for the loss. Rashard Higgins and Donovan Peoples-Jones were the real winners vs. the Titans as they combined for 8 catches, 187 yards, and two touchdowns. Let’s not forget, Peoples-Jones also dropped a wide-open touchdown early in the game that would have made this stat line even better.

The Browns will look to run the ball early and often to keep the Raven offense off the field, but after the success, last Sunday don’t be surprised to see Kevin Stefanski get a little more aggressive than in past weeks. With much success in the first half throwing the ball, the Browns staggered with two holding penalties in the second half when they went back to chewing the clock and gave up a nice lead.

The score was certainly closer than the actual game last week, but Mayfield has earned the trust to open the playbook. Look for Chubb and Hunt to both have busy days, but the wide receivers and tight-ends will also be busy as Mayfield will likely throw it 30-35 times. Expect the Browns to put up 30 plus points with three passing touchdowns from Mayfield and at least one on the ground between the duo at running back.
