1. Don’t beat themselves

The final thing that the Cleveland Browns have to do to beat the New York Jets is to not beat themselves. It may seem like listing this is cheating, however, it is realistically the only way that the Browns could ever lose to the Jets the way that both rosters look and are constructed.

Cleveland is better both offensively and defensively. Offensively, they are substantially better than the Jets in terms of total yards per game, passing yards per game, rushing yards per game, and points per game.

Defensively, the Browns are far better than the Jets in terms of yards per game, passing yards allowed per game, rushing yards allowed per game, and points allowed per game.

Along with this, the Jets do not want to win this game. While this does not mean that the players are just going to roll over and let the Browns have a field day against them, it does mean that the organization as a whole wants to lose this game.

On the flip side, everyone on the Browns and in the Cleveland Browns organization wants to win this game. This could end up being a do or die for the Browns’ playoff hopes and they know this. This should be a cakewalk for the Browns unless they beat themselves.
