Marvin Hall, WR

Marvin Hall is a mystery for Cleveland as he has only been with the franchise for a few weeks. I am a big fan of what he brings to the table as a deep threat. Turning 28 next season, Hall shouldn’t be looked at as a long term backup option, but instead, as a quality burner that the team could keep for around two more seasons.

Whether or not he remains in Cleveland has yet to be seen, but I expect him to get a deep shot or two thrown his way against the Steelers. Hall is at the end of a two-year, $1.4 million contract he signed with the Detroit Lions that we picked up, and if the Cleveland Browns want to keep him, I suspect it will be a similar contract.

Robert Jackson, CB

Many fans might not know who Robert Jackson is. An undrafted free agent in 2018, he originally signed with the Colts. He found his way to Cleveland in 2019 as a member of the practice squad and has been with the team ever since, going on and off the practice squad. In two years he has played less than 10 snaps on defense for the Browns but has played a lot of special teams this season, as he has been active for over half the games this year.
