2. Hunt makes them pay

There was a time when Kareem Hunt was the biggest weapon on the Kansas City Chiefs roster. Back in his rookie campaign of 2017, the Toledo product led the NFL with 1,327 yards on the ground and had another 455 receiving. He had 11 total touchdowns as well, proving to be a massive weapon for the Chiefs.

During his second campaign, he was en route to an even bigger season when he had 824 yards rushing and 378 receiving with 14 total touchdowns in 11 games. Then, a video surfaced of him striking a woman in a Cleveland hotel and that led to his release.

Now, we can argue about whether or not the Chiefs should have been patient with Hunt but the fact is, he was released and he is human. He does speak fondly of his time in Kansas City and while he has stated he understands why they pulled the plug, this is the same team that has shown extreme patience with Tyreek Hill, so there has to be a part of Hunt who wants to make his former team pay — which could help the team that did stand by him in a big way.

This bold prediction is that Hunt scores two touchdowns — after scoring two last week — while showcasing his dual-threat ability with 75 yards on the ground and 75 yards receiving. There isn’t a better No. 2 back in the NFL and Kareem Hunt will prove that again when he faces his former team.
