Houston Texans – Will Fuller V, WR

There’s really no other option here. Will Fuller V has been incredible, when healthy, for the Houston Texans. He’s currently serving a six-game suspension for violating the NFL’s performance-enhancing substances policy, he should be eligible to return after Week 1 of the 2021 NFL season.

Fuller has missed 22 games due to injury and missed the final five games of the 2020 season due to the PED suspension, but assuming he can stay on the field he would be the guy to really put this Browns offense on the next level. Fuller’s speed and athletic ability really set him apart from the other receivers on Cleveland’s roster. He’s the only true answer if the Browns want a receiver that can take the top off the defense.

When he played, he was undoubtedly the best receiver on the team and produced like a legitimate wide receiver one for the Texans, imagine adding that type of production in the slot. Fuller finished his 11 games with a PFF grade of 86.2, the highest-graded receiver on the team. It will be interesting to see how the Browns would use him, whether it be on the outside or in the slot. He played 111 snaps last year in the slot and could see a significant increase in that number in Cleveland.
