3. Will Fuller

Another name to keep on your radar is Will Fuller, who spent that last five seasons with the Houston Texans. Fuller is a guy who has a ton of potential, but the former first-round pick from Notre Dame has struggled to get out of his own way.

Fuller has yet to play a full season in the NFL in five full years. In his first four seasons, he missed 17 total games, and then in 2020, Fuller was suspended by the NFL for six games because of performance-enhancing drugs.

So why would the Cleveland Browns have interest? Even with the negative, Fuller is a perfect fit for the Browns if he can turn it around both on and off the field. Fuller appears to be worth the risk because he may be a perfect example of a guy who needs a fresh start.

Fuller has the speed and size to be a huge target down the field and in the red zone, but he can also get open in tight coverage and put pressure on opposing defenses. Additionally, Fuller may come at a bit of a discount because of past injuries and suspension.

Truthfully, Fuller would have been a perfect target for a guy like John Dorsey, but I’m not sold yet that Berry will be willing to take this type of risk. Again, a guy who is a perfect fit for the Cleveland Browns, but likely will end up in another organization.
