15. DeSean Jackson – Philadelphia Eagles – 34

He may be 34, but DeSean Jackson is still a speedster. It may be hard to believe, but the Browns are approaching the stage of competition where it makes sense for them to take on older veterans who are chasing a Super Bowl. Is that stage right now? Perhaps.

14. Sammy Watkins – Kansas City Chiefs – 27

Watkins made $9 million last season, and won’t get that again. He is, however, not yet 28 years old and can still provide solid play when healthy. That health concern is significant though, as even when he isn’t missing games, he seems to suffer from Duke Johnson syndrome, meaning he gets banged up a lot. His first name rhymes with “hammy” which is what he often injures. He also thinks he’s a lizard person, so that may be an issue.

13. Marvin Jones – Detroit Lions – 30

A player that has been linked to the Browns many times before, Jones outplayed his five-year $40 million contract with the Detroit Lions, and hits the market again at the age of 31. He’s definitely a No. 2, but he’s a very good one. He’d make a lot of sense for Cleveland if that possession No. 2 spot were to open up, although Jones can do much more than just that.
