3. Will Fuller V – Houston Texans – 26

Will Fuller might be the best deep threat in the league, but is he capable of being more than that?

He did function as the Texans’ Ni. 1 receiver in 2020, putting up an impressive 53 catches for 879 yards and eight touchdowns in just 11 games. He was suspended six games for PEDs, so he’ll be forced to sit out the 2021 season opener. Fuller has never played a full 16-game season and hasn’t played in more than 11 games since his rookie year. There are concerns, but few players in the league open up the field the way that Fuller does.

2. Josh Reynolds – Los Angeles Rams – 26

A low-cost option, Reynolds is 6-3 and operates down the field, playing a complementary role in the Rams offense. He’d likely be a potential Higgins replacement if the Browns don’t opt to retain him.

1. Kenny Golladay – Detroit Lions – 27

Another star No. 1, Kenny Golladay, if he hits the open market, will make a massive impact for his new team. He’s a physical 6-4, 215 pounds who has averaged an impressive 16.8 yards per reception over his career. He did miss 11 games last season to injury, but that shouldn’t affect his next deal all too much. Like Godwin, Golladay would require a complete revamp of the position group, but he’d be worth it.

Next. Kyle Rudolph ‘would love’ to be reunited with Kevin Stefanski. dark

The Browns likely won’t sign any of the top receiver options this offseason, but there are quality players at every price point, and given the cap decrease, some may sign for less than they’re worth. Cleveland would be wise to take advantage.
