Cleveland Browns make shocking pick in first-round NFL Mock Draft

27. Baltimore Ravens: Trevon Moehrig, S, TCU
The Baltimore Ravens are on the clock with the first of their two picks in Round 1. Here, they take TCU safety Trevon Moehrig who is great in coverage and turns the ball over often.
28. New Orleans Saints: Elijah Moore, WR, Ole Miss
New Orleans needs someone to start opposite Michael Thomas after releasing Emmanuel Sanders. They bring in Elijah Moore from Ole Miss to do that.
29. Green Bay Packers: Kadarius Toney, WR, Florida
Another team needing a second wide receiver is the Green Bay Packers and they land theirs with Kadarius Toney from Florida. An intriguing prospect, Toney seems to only be scratching the surface of what he can do.
30. Buffalo Bills: Jayson Oweh, EDGE, Penn State
Last season, the Buffalo Bills made it to the AFC Championship Game but were unable to knock off the Kansas City Chiefs. They can use a little more help on the defensive line which is what leads them to select Jayson Oweh from Penn State.
31. Baltimore Ravens (via Kansas City Chiefs): Samuel Cosmi, OT, Texas
After trading away Orlando Brown, Jr., the Ravens need to get another right tackle. They land that at No. 31 with Samuel Cosmi from Texas.
It’s been a while since the Longhorns have had an O-lineman taken in Round 1 but Cosmi ends that streak and should be a starter right away for Baltimore.
32. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Christian Barmore, DT, Alabama
Tampa Bay rounds out the draft with the 32nd pick in the draft and they use that to land Christian Barmore from Alabama. This class isn’t exactly elite at D-tackle but Barmore could still land in the first round.
This would also be a great fit for him since he won’t be asked to start right away. Tampa could ease him into the defense and allow him to develop more as a player.
