2. Elijah Moore, WR, Ole Miss

Moore primarily played in the slot, but was effective on the outside when given the chance. He’s an elite all-around athlete with great hands and fantastic running ability after the catch. He wins underneath and downfield, able to separate at all levels of the field. He was one of the most productive receivers in the country despite playing against some excellent cornerbacks.

He could take over for Jarvis Landry as the primary slot in 2022, but in the meantime, he can provide field-stretching both laterally and vertically. He’s great on jet sweeps and even lined up at running back for the Rebels. Moore is shifty and speedy and seems like the type of offensive weapon that Kevin Stefanski would love to play around with.

Moore would make a big impact this season and long into the future, and could’ve easily been a first-round pick. The Browns would be very fortunate to land him in the second round, but it’s likely he’ll be one of the first players selected, perhaps even 33rd overall by the Jacksonville Jaguars. It would take a lot for Cleveland to move up far enough to take Moore, but he’d be worth the cost.
