Cleveland Browns expectations are high but attainable

The Coach
This is the biggest reason the Browns will be better this time around, as I’ve shared in previous articles about the Browns coach Kevin Stefanski.
Unlike his predecessor, Freddie Kitchens, Stefanski has been able to connect to his team, and that team is responding. It’s that idea that Stefanski has engraved in the player’s brains, that you only play for the week ahead and focus on all that matters to “win the week”.
Stefanski is “Steady Eddy” in my own words, meaning he doesn’t seem to ever get rattled in his job. He seems to have everything under control at all times.
In years past, we as fans could frequently question what the Browns coach was doing with his play-calling and personnel moves. We still do with Stefanski, but not nearly to the degree that we have in the past.
You simply get a much better vibe when you watch Browns games now, and that has a lot to do with the coach.
In years past with coaches like Kitchens or Hue Jackson, you were always pulling your hair out, especially in those moments, let’s say at the end of a half or game and you weren’t sure what to expect, because the coaches were so bad with play calling.
You don’t get any of that feeling watching the Browns play under Stefanski’s lead. He actually seems like a knowledgeable coach and that is comforting.
