No. 1 – Myles Garrett

The real question is, what couldn’t Myles Garrett do at the Olympics? The guy is a complete freak.  Not only is he 6-foot-4, 272 pounds, but he also has the vertical jump and speed of a deep threat wide receiver and the agility of a dominant man-to-man corner in the NFL.

With the being said, what is the perfect sport for Garrett to master? I’m convinced it’s beach volleyball. Not only does he have the balance to adjust to the sand beneath him, but he also has the speed and size to cover a ton of ground on the court. Finally, I would hate to try and dig a spike from him. I have a feeling I would end up just getting hit in the face.

Beach volleyball is an easy sport to watch and think, “that doesn’t look so hard”, but the biggest challenge by far is figuring out how to move in that sand. It’s nearly impossible to keep on the balls of your feet, and you are constantly fighting on losing your footing.

After the YouTube clips, basketball was the easy answer. Garrett may have a shot at that roster, but his shot form looks a little subpar at the moment.
