3. Chris Jones, Defensive Tackle

Chris Jones has been one of the league’s most dominant defensive linemen for several years now. Last season, Jones was a Pro Bowler and also landed Second-team All-Pro honors after finishing his season with 28 quarterback hits, 36 combined tackles, and 7.5 sacks.

Standing at 6-foot-6 and weighing 311 pounds, Jones has the strength and size to cause disruption on the defensive line and impact the opposing quarterback.

Jones has been a sack machine for years. In 2018, he finished with 15.5 sacks and then racked up nine sacks in 2019. Since 2018, Jones has had at least 20 quarterback hits per season as well proving that he is a one-man wrecking crew.

It’s going to be even harder for an elite Browns offensive line to try to limit Jones’ impact because he is so versatile. Jones can play literally anywhere on the defensive line and wreak havoc at any given time.

While the Browns will need to try to contain Jones, Jones will also have his own hands full on Sunday with the Browns’ dominant running attack.

In the NFL’s top 100 players list, Jones came in at number 34. Jones, 27 years old, still has many good years of football ahead of him.

However, the Browns offensive line should be able to contain and quiet Jones. There’s no longer a weak point on the offensive line and every single starter is capable of stepping in front of him to make a play.

But regardless, the Browns will be paying Jones a lot of attention on Sunday, as they should.
