3. Quarterback Justin Fields

Will rookie quarterback Justin Fields make his first career NFL start this Sunday in Cleveland? The general consensus is that he should be starting, and Matt Nagy has finally said he will since Andy Dalton is out due to an injury.

With Fields starting, the Browns will face a similar, yet slightly different quarterback they’ve already faced in the first two weeks.

Fields was a fantastic collegiate player at Ohio State University, as many Browns fans already know. Fields is a playmaker through and through, which he has shown glimpses of so far in his short time on the clock — although he does still have some room to grow.

He rushed for his first career touchdown in Week 1 against the Los Angeles Rams but was not able to find the end zone through the air or on the ground in relief of the injured Dalton in Week 2. He completed 6-of-13 passes for 60 yards and a pick.

He did rush the ball 10 times for 31 yards and was sacked twice,

The Browns will want to keep him honest and frustrated in the pocket, so they should disguise blitz schemes to get him off rhythm. They struggled mightily with Tyrod Taylor in Week 2 and have to be much more disciplined against Fields — who is far more dangerous with his legs.
