Cleveland Browns Stud: Kareem Hunt

As has been the case this entire season, Kareem Hunt was a huge part of the Cleveland offense. Hunt had 61 yards rushing and 28 receiving but most importantly, he ran two touchdowns for the Browns.

He continues to serve as a great No. 2 back behind Nick Chubb who went off on Sunday. The two work well together and Hunt showed off his burst and patience once again.

Cleveland Browns Dud: Health

As has been the case for much of this season, the Browns have been dealing with a boatload of injuries. They were without left tackle Jedrick Wills, cornerback Greg Newsome, and defensive end Jadeveon Clowney entering the game. And then, more players went down.

Denzel Ward suffered a neck injury and was unable to come back. Also getting hurt were linebacker Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah and cornerback Greedy Williams.

Both JOK and Williams returned which was huge, although they did still surrender 47 points even with those guys out there.

Of course, the injuries didn’t stop with those three as even Malik McDowell found himself banged up as he was injured on a play where he sacked Justin Herbert on a third-down play. He returned but also hobbled off later.

In the third quarter, things continued to be bad for the Browns as A.J. Green was banged up as well. In a season that lasts 17 games, attrition will be huge and the issues with durability are a concern.

Cleveland’s offense wasn’t immune either as Jack Conklin was hurt in the fourth quarter, forcing the Browns to play with backup tackles on both sides of the line. Hopefully, this week was the anomaly and we won’t be talking about all this again.
