Cleveland Browns Bold Prediction No. 4: Jarvis Landry throws for a touchdown

Wide receiver Jarvis Landry has thrown many passes in his career. He has thrown six passes in his Cleveland career. Do you remember when connected with teammate Beckham on a razzle-dazzle touchdown throw last season in the game against the Dallas Cowboys? Of course you do.

This is one of those games that the Browns want to get off to a fast start. I’d expect a couple of trick plays early to try and get the Steelers’ defense off their game. Wouldn’t a repeat of what took place in Dallas last year be nice? Would that not bring the house down? Wow!

Landry had missed several games himself this season due to injury. He had a nice start to the game last week against the Denver Broncos when he returned from his hiatus. He grabbed four passes for 37 yards, with four of those early on in that first two drives for the team.

No. 80 is one of the emotional leaders of the Browns and if he can be involved a lot in a game, good things usually follow.  Be ready for Landry to go all-star quarterback Sunday.

Cleveland Browns Bold Prediction No. 3: Nick Chubb will break one for a 50 plus yards touchdown

Nick Chubb is always close to breaking almost every carry of the ball he has for a score. His ability to see the field, find the emerging hole in the line of scrimmage, and burst for the score is off the charts.

Now he’s recovering from his own injury to his calf but is likely to return Sunday. Chubb has been solid against the Pittsburgh defense. He ran for 108 yards and a long score in the week 17 game a year ago that helped secure their first trip to the playoffs and then in the playoff game against the Steelers, he took a screen pass and ran like the wind past every defender for a big score as well.

If that offensive line for the Browns this Sunday can create those gaps, then Chubb will go the distance for the touchdown. He’s the heartbeat of the team and that beat will be strong come Sunday.
