4 players that will be key to a Cleveland Browns victory on Sunday

Cleveland Browns Key Player No. 2 – Jadeveon Clowney
Jadeveon Clowney continues to be dominant vs. the run, but last week vs. the Pittsburgh Steelers he struggled to generate any pass rush. In fact, no one for the Browns other than Myles Garrett really created a pass rush and it allowed Ben Roethlisberger to be far too comfortable in the pocket.
Clowney had two tackles last week which were both for a loss, but he just didn’t look as good as he had in the past. Part of this may be from the lingering injuries he is dealing with and the limited practice snaps he is getting, but he also had more pressure with Takk McKinley missing the game.
He didn’t play that many additional snaps compared to his typical workload, but it felt like he was forcing things to happen instead of just playing his game.
With low expectations of Denzel Ward returning to the field this week, the pass rush will be extremely important because of the talented group of receivers the Bengals have. I don’t care how good your corners are, if you give this group time to get open, there aren’t many in the league who can shut them down.
I want this to be a breakout week for Clowney where he gets two sacks and causes a turnover. He’s been great against the run, but this could be his week to shine as a pass rusher.
