Jarvis Landry potential landing spot No. 2: Kansas City Chiefs

The Kansas City Chiefs have Patrick Mahomes who is arguably the best quarterback on planet earth, so playing with him would be a gigantic upgrade for Landry. Kansas City is built to put up points in droves and Landry could further help that out.

Now, the Chiefs already have Tyreek Hill and Travis Kelce, who are an elite receiver and tight end tandem. Those two command a lot of attention and rightfully so, and that is where Landry can thrive in this offense.

If Hill and Kelce are both being attended to down the field, Jarvis can go to all of his sweet spots from the slot and catch passes anywhere from five yards and out. He isn’t going to have burner speed, but with his game in this offense, he wouldn’t even need it.

In Cleveland, Landry occupied the same space as Austin Hooper and David Njoku, so the middle was often overloaded. In Kansas City, there are enough playmakers who can beat defenders down the field that would open up all kinds of space for Mahomes and Landry to link up.

The Chiefs are perennial Super Bowl contenders having made the last four AFC Championship games, so the idea of potentially playing for a ring should be highly intriguing to Landry.
