3 players Cleveland Browns will regret not selecting in 2022 NFL Draft

Player No. 3 Cleveland Browns will regret not drafting: DE, David Ojabo, Michigan
David Ojabo would have been a top 20 pick in this draft if he hadn’t torn his Achilles at his recent pro day. He will be sidelined likely this next season, making him a redshirt pick.
But he was a stud athlete and would have been outstanding playing opposite Browns DE Myles Garrett. Many teams passed on him as well because of the injury, but the Baltimore Ravens did not at their No. 45 pick. They took the young man and will likely have an All-Pro football player on their squad for years to come that will be a menace in the tough AFC North Division.
It seemed as if the Ravens drafted every player many Browns fans were hoping to draft as well. It’s a disappointing trend and it’s something the Browns front office needs to be more attuned to. Every NFL team does things a bit differently and it just seems that the Browns franchise likes to give out this impression to the world that their way is the best way when in fact many of these other teams like the Ravens end up being constantly better every season then the up and down Browns.
In the case of Ojabo, it was another opportunity that was right there for the taking. The team needed a defensive end and they passed on 24 more players to take an unknown cornerback. When we look back at this draft and see that Ojabo was taken the next pick after the team traded that No.44 pick, folks will be kicking themselves for the pass on a potential future Hall of Famer.
