Cleveland Browns pick number 99- David Bell, wide receiver, Purdue

Grade: B

David Bell was a player that saw his stock fall after his athletic testing was not very good, and didn’t match his tape. But during his career at Purdue, he was an incredibly productive wide receiver and finished this season with 93 receptions for 1,286 yards and 6 touchdowns.

Bell is a good route runner that catches everything, he may not be the greatest athlete on the field but he is a player that just gets it down. He is great in contested catch situations as well and can go up and get the football.

Cleveland Browns pick number 108- Perrion Winfrey, defensive tackle, Oklahoma

Grade: A-

Perrion Winfrey was a prospect that I believed would be in play at 44, so getting him at pick 108 is a steal to me. He’s a ferocious pass rusher from the inside and will get a ton of opportunities to make plays with Myles Garrett next to him. He turned a lot of heads at the Senior Bowl by absolutely destroying guys all week long.

Winfrey needs a lot of work in the run game but he has the tools, motor, and talent to develop into that. For now, he fits the immediate need of an interior pass rusher which the Browns desperately needed.

Cleveland Browns pick number 124- Cade York, kicker, LSU

Grade: B+

The Browns have struggled to find a kicker for what seems like a lifetime and maybe they have finally found their answer. Cade York has not missed an extra point in the last two seasons and in his career has made 15 of 19 attempts from 50 or more yards. He has the leg strength to kick in Cleveland and hopefully finally give the Browns some consistency and reliability at the position.
