Cleveland Browns 2022 schedule: Most worrisome 4 game stretch
By Greg Newland
Cleveland Browns mos worrisome stretch — Game No. 4: Tampa Bay Buccaneers
So, in the previous three games (four weeks because of the bye), the Cleveland Browns will have hosted the Bengals on Monday night, traveled to Miami and Buffalo in back-to-back weeks, and then they get to host Tom Brady and the Buccaneers in Week 12.
I really don’t think Tampa Bay will be nearly as good as they were last year. They lost a few key pieces on the offensive line and losing Bruce Arians will also hurt that offense in my opinion.
But what do I know, Brady may win the most valuable player at any age— even if he plays until he is 50.
This is undoubtedly the toughest four-game stretch of the season, and in those scenarios, you always want to try and go 500. I think that the game at Miami and Tampa Bay at home are the two most winnable of the four.
I like the Bengals game being on Monday night and in Cleveland, but that is a team that scares the heck out of me next year. And while I want to keep the Bills game competitive, I just know that is going to be a tough environment to play in.
Tampa Bay may be down from last year, but they could still be a 13-win team in an AFC conference that isn’t nearly as talented as it has been in the past.
There are still some good teams, but I would argue four of the top five quarterbacks in the league are currently in the AFC.
