Cleveland Browns Rumored Free Agent No. 3 – Ndamukong Suh, Defensive Tackle
In the latest series of rumblings, the former second overall pick in 2010, Ndamukong Suh, has now been linked to the Cleveland Browns. There is a long list of reasons to not like Suh, but at the end of the day, he is a fantastic fit for the organization.
Suh was an all-pro caliber player his first four years in the league when he was with the Detroit Lions, but in year 13 there is no doubt the Browns are getting a far different player. Suh is still one of the strongest players in the league and can take on double teams as well as anyone.
He isn’t the biggest guy at barely over 300 pounds, but he plays like a 400-pound nose tackle when it comes to clogging up running lanes. The issue with Suh is the nonsense. He is a constant trash talker on the field and has had multiple fines and penalties for dirty play.
We aren’t just talking about late hits, this includes stomping and kicking players well after the play ended.
Do I want Suh to babysit my kids? No.
Would he be a great fit for the Browns in 2022? I believe so. At this point in the offseason, the price tag would be more than affordable. After spending the last three seasons in Tampa Baby, there is no doubt that winning is extremely important which Cleveland can offer.
