Deshaun Watson surprising stat No. 9: He’s rushed for 17 touchdowns and totaled 1,677 yards rushing

Finding the endzone for the quarterback through the air is great but being able to find it as a rushing quarterback as well makes you a dangerous dual threat. I like the Browns odds on any given Sunday when Watson is bolting into the endzone.

Deshaun Watson surprising stat No. 8: He’s thrown 104 touchdowns

Watson has always been steady in his touchdown passes each season. He had 33 of them the last season he played in 2020. He especially likes playing against the Tennessee Titans as he’s thrown 17 touchdowns against them in his career.

The second most was against the Jacksonville Jaguars with nine and then he had eight against the New England Patriots. The Browns do face the Patriots this season so that’s helpful.

Deshaun Watson surprising stat No. 7: He has thrown 39 4th quarter touchdowns

Watson has shown great poise in the late stages of ballgames in his career. He’s thrown 39 touchdowns in the fourth quarter. Previous quarterback Baker Mayfield only threw 23 touchdowns in that last quarter of games.

When the game is on the line, Watson has delivered.
