Deshaun Watson playoff win and comeback against Buffalo in 2019

In this classic, Watson and his Houston Texans went down 16-0 against the Buffalo Bills in a 2018-season Wild Card playoff game. But they reversed course and made a great comeback and won 22-19 in overtime as Watson mounted one last game-winning drive.

It was Watson’s first and only playoff win to this point in his career. In the following playoff game, the Texans built a big first-quarter lead against the Kansas City Chiefs, before allowing them to get back in the game and eventually ran away with the victory.

2017 National Championship Game against Alabama

This game had everything, and it solidified Watson as a great quarterback and certainly had us projecting him as a star in the NFL. In this game, the Tigers went down 14-0 early. But Watson got the scoring going for Clemson with a nice shirt yardage scamper. Clemson was still down 24-14 when Watson helped mount another second-half comeback. He relied on his two receivers Hunter Renfrow and Mike Williams in this game.

After getting the lead on a touchdown pass to Renfrow to go up 28-24, Alabama came back and took the lead with just over two minutes to go. But Watson had one last drive in him and with only one second left he found Renfrow open in the end zone and had Clemson winning the National Championship for only the second time in their history.

Watson finished throwing for over 400 yards and four touchdowns as he was pretty much perfect.
