3 Cleveland Browns who have gone missing during camp

Cleveland Browns players missing at camp No. 1 – Taven Bryan
One of the more exciting additions this offseason for the Cleveland Browns was Taven Bryan. In four seasons with the Jacksonville Jaguars, he never lived up to expectations, but he fits the mold of Andrew Berry’s plan.
Bryan was a former first-round pick, and the scheme just never worked for him in Jacksonville. The hope was that by now that we would be hearing everything about him giving Wyatt Teller and Joel Bitonio fits at camp.
One reason it’s concerning to hear no news on Bryan is that the effort has been a question in the past. Perhaps Berry believed that Joe Woods could inspire the young defensive tackle, but if that fire hasn’t been lit yet, there is a chance that he will be just another defensive tackle on this roster.
Another reason for concern about Bryan — and this is the biggest one — is that defensive tackle is one of the weakest parts of this roster. There are five legit guys who could be starting on day one and no one would be surprised. I was hoping by now at least one person would have separated themselves and given me some hope at the position.
It’s still early and there is a major difference between camp to preseason, and preseason to the regular season. Bryan has a ton of question marks, but he could be a real bright spot.
