1. Tyler Scott, Cincinnati

Even before the Scouting Combine began, Tyler Scott had no problem letting the Cleveland Browns know he was interested in them. A Norton High product, Scott headed to Cincinnati where he developed into a trusted wideout. He still wants to play in Ohio and even said he models himself after Amari Cooper.

He had 520 yards and five touchdowns in 2021 and then put up another 899 yards and nine touchdowns this past season while catching 54 passes. His numbers weren't eye-popping but he's also still very new to the position.

That means he's still growing as a receiver, and Cleveland would offer him a great spot to develop. He also gives them some of the explosion they need.

Scott had 14 touchdowns in his career and 10 of those were from more than 30 yards out. He's also a former running back who can make things happen after the catch. If that wasn't enough, Scott has a little experience as a punt returner and can be turned into a major weapon in that area as well.

On Saturday, Scott ran a 4.44 in the 40-yard dash which is actually slower than expected. His play on the field seems much faster than this, especially knowing he was a former Junior Olympic sprinter. Even with that being lower than expected, it's more than enough speed and his ability to create after the catch makes him an ideal target.
