Mid-Week Thoughts On The BUNgals
It seems that the fools over at whodeyfans.com think the Bengals actually stand a chance this week against the Browns, and better yet they think their team is actually far and away better than us. Well lets just see about this.
O-line: Ok so the Browns line has been a bit weak this year, but look at who we’ve played so in that context I don’t think we should start thinking about drafting a O-lineman #1 this coming year. The Bengals on the other hand, hahaha when have they had an O-lineman? What probably not since the days of Anthony Munoz, so yeah.
RB: Jamal Lewis looks like he’s getting back in the grove after last week. And the Bengals have who exactly, it’s Chris Perry and Kenny Watson, not really household names if you ask me.
QB: Well you all know where I stand on the Browns current QB situation, so I’ll spare you all. As far as Carson Palmer goes, well just look at this picture.
WR/TE: Well if Braylon Edwards decides to start catching the ball, Donte’ Stallworth comes back in any capacity, and Kellen Winslow continues to play like a “solider”; then I like our chances. The Bengals have a guy who changed his last name to “Eight-five” really Chad, you went there, well at least your still in the news cause God knows it certainly is not because of your play this year, and T.J. Whosyourmama (that just happened) who showed a sign of life last week, can’t hold Syndric Steptoe’s jock strap.
Defensive Unit (because that’s how fantasy football is played): Yeah the Browns need some help, but they have actually looked pretty good if you ask me, and they look like they can get to the QB too this year. The Bengals on the other hand, can anyone (outside of Cincinnasty) name 3 starters on that team, I know I can’t so I won’t even begin to try.

[...] even more pathetic than an 0-3 team? Trash talk by a blogger for an 0-3 team. I hate to be the one to clue Chris in on this, but his team [...]
September 25th, 2008 at 1:24 pmYeah, you have played some tough defensive teams, like the Ravens, Titans and Giants. Oh wait, that was the Bengals.
Everyone knows who Jamal Lewis is because he is a criminal and has been in the NFL since Super Bowl 1.
And when has the Browns D looked good? When they were getting lit up by Flacco and Le’Ron?
September 25th, 2008 at 2:34 pmI wish your articles contained some logical thoughts based on some kind of research instead of your average Browns fan dribble. I just can’t hold back a reply though.
O-Line:
Read what Giants defensive line coach Mike Waufle has to say about Whitworth: http://www.bengals.com/news/news.asp?story_id=7097
RB:
Jamel Lewis is half a week away from getting stuffed.
WR:
Why even mention your wide outs? No one on your team can get them the ball. I’m willing to bet that our CBs get more plays from Anderson than anyone you mentioned.
I know it’s hard for you pups to realize you don’t have the team you want, but you’re going to have to come to sooner or later.
