Chud Press Conference Notes, Injury Updates

Chud Press Conference Notes
– OLBs Jabaal Sheard and Quentin Groves will be back at practice today
– DE Billy Winn is still unable to practice
– RB Chris Ogbannaya will practice today
– Regarding Brandon Weeden, Chud said he thinks he has grown from his experience and has benefited from it. He also expects there to be no drop off from Brian Hoyer. Getting rid of the ball quicker has been a point of emphasis and Chud thinks he will adjust.
– Chud said they are not shopping Josh Gordon and there are no plans to trade him. Translation: Teams are calling the Browns about Gordon and they think their price is high enough where they will not trade Gordon, but if one surprises them like what happened with Trent Richardson, it was not planned, but he would be gone.
– They are keeping Greg Little at kick returner, but Travis Benjamin and Fozzy Whittaker are options
– The running game is a work in progress, seeing signs of improvement, but knows they have to do better.
– Chud is not a big fan of Hard Knocks, in response to the news that the NFL now has the power to force a team to be on it with certain conditions.
