Morning Browns Fans and Happy Christmas Eve!!

As we get ready to celebrate the Holidays with family and friends, we look back on the Browns season and reflect.

The emergence of cornerback Joe Haden finally becoming that lockdown corner we had all been hoping he would become came to fruition this year.  Strong safety T.J. Ward has shown he is the most dominant strong safety in the league and the Browns would be very wise to lock him up before he hits the market.

Also in the secondary, Tashaun Gipson answered the questions at free safety and flashed signs of becoming a very good safety in this league.  At a position we thought would be a need, suddenly becomes a position of strength.

The biggest breakout player of the year and the one player that all Browns should be proud of and ecstatic to have him as their top playmaker is Josh Gordon.  The plays he made this season and ease at which he makes them is just amazing to watch and will be a huge crutch to lean on for whomever is playing quarterback for the Cleveland Browns next year.  Gordon was a human highlight reel in 2013 and we cannot wait to see what he does in 2014.

One week left and we head into the offseason, where we hope the front office makes the right moves….

Browns coach Rob Chudzinski on how you have to be focused and have your mindset on winning games.  “It’s about a mindset to begin with,” Chudzinksi said Monday. “We’ve talked a lot using the term, ‘the last five,’ the last five minutes of each half, of wanting to win the last five, and that’s been a huge point of emphasis. So the guys are aware of it. They know it. They want to do well. But you have to execute as well, and you have to make plays when you have the opportunity.”

“From a coaching standpoint, we have to do everything we can to put them in the very best position for that, and we need improvement in all those things,” said Chudzinksi, whose eyes were outlined by dark circles Monday.
