Good morning Browns fans!!!!

Well the Championship games are set for next Sunday.

The New England Patriots will travel to Denver to face the Broncos, while the San Francisco 49ers will travel to Seattle to

face the Seahawks and the “twelfth man”.

All is pretty quiet on the Browns front, with just rumors flowing out through the different media outlets.

There was a story that came out, first reported by NFL Media Insider, Ian Rapoport, that Rob Chudzinski has been truthful with the coaching candidates that have contacted him about the Browns job.  Rapoport was told that candidates have been calling the one-and-done coach, asking what exactly went down in C-Town this season.  “He’s been honest with them,” Rapoport said. “When you talk to people involved in these interviews, it doesn’t sound like Banner, Lombardi and Haslam have all been on the same page.”

Later in the day, the Plain Dealer’s own Mary Kay Cabot said a source had told her that the report was not true.

At this point, I don’t think anyone is sure what to believe at this point.  However, it seems that this front office fired Chudzinski with a sure-fire candidate in mind, perhaps McDaniel’s, and the plan backfired.

The only thing we do know is the Browns are still without a head coach heading into the week of the NFL Championship games….

>This report will make all of you “Johnny Football” fans extremely happy.  If this is true and the Browns brass are “very high’ on Manziel, you could be very happy come May!!!

>Rumor on the street and tweeted here by Albert Breer, is the Browns job is seen as “radioactive”.  Never a dull moment in C-Town is there!!??
