Holly Signed, Then Moved to IR

CB Daven Holly’s season ended before it even began.  The injured fourth-year has agreed to the one year tender offered to him earlier this spring.  The Browns will now offically waiver-injury him, and once he clears waivers will then be placed on injury-reserve.
