Winslow Out With…Swollen Testicles?!

During the game last night, I made the joke with some friends that Kellen Winslow could be out with an STD or something.  Turns out, I wasn’t as far off as I thought – at least I was guessing in the same region.

According to this, Winslow has been out with a condition that causes his testicles to simply grow in size.  That’s right, his gonads, balls, nuts, knap sack, chandeliers…you get the idea.  It can be painless and non-threatening, but it can also be a symptom of testicular cancer.

Hey, imagine this!  To reduce swelling in the testicles, one can choose to receive a fine needle inserted to extract the excess fluid, but that is considered to be very painful.  Or one can choose surgery.  I’m betting The Soldier chose the needle.  Let’s hope it’s nothing more than just a temporary case of big balls.
