After interviewing for the Browns’ head coaching position and the Seattle Seahawks’ defensive coordinator vacancy, Mel Tucker will in fact be heading to the Jacksonville Jaguars. The deal is only in need of finalization, and the former Browns defensive coordinator will have his new job. After being replaced by Eric Mangini’s man, Rob Ryan, Tucker follows the lead of every other Browns assistant; none have been retained by Mangini.
