Could Malcolm Jenkins Be Back in the Mix for the Browns?

After reading this article from Tony Grossi, one might think that a familiar name could once again be entering the mix for the Browns on draft day: DB Malcolm Jenkins.  Yes, the man who has seen his draft stock plummet in the last few months could be on the Browns’ radar, according to Grossi:

"Somebody with a business interest in this Browns’ draft mentioned to me today a new name as a possibility for the team’s first choice — Ohio State defensive back Malcolm Jenkins."

This could possibly mean that the Browns are still looking to trade down in an attempt to obtain more picks.  This would, however, probably mean that a number of names that have been tossed around lately would actually be traded, names such as WR Braylon Edwards, QB Brady Quinn, or, hopefully, QB Derek Anderson.

Additionally, the Browns are said to be looking at WR Mohamed Massaquoi of Georgia.  His stock is apparently rising incredibly fast and is now considered to be a high second-round pick.  To be honest, I’m always nervous about these players who miraculously raise their stock after a few workouts.  It seems like the Combine and individual workouts have suddenly become more important than the actual games.
